Final decisions regarding hiring, negotiation, or project execution are made solely by the client.
3. No Guarantee of Pricing Outcomes
Our pricing analysis is based on industry standards and experience, but we cannot guarantee:
1. That a contractor will match suggested pricing
2. That a contractor will accept negotiation recommendations
3. Final project costs
4. No Legal or Structural Advice
Our service does not replace:
1. Legal advice
2. Engineering/structural analysis
3. Physical home inspection
4. Insurance adjusting
5. Code compliance certification
We provide professional consulting opinions, not legally binding assessments.
5. Document Accuracy
All reports and opinions are based only on the information provided by the client.
We are not responsible for missing, incomplete, or inaccurate documents submitted by the client.
6. Delivery Time
Most reports are delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on the package.
Delays due to incomplete information or unclear documents are possible.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available before work has begun.
Once analysis has started or a report has been delivered, no refunds are issued.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
All documents submitted by the client remain confidential.
We do not share or sell client information.
9. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the consulting service.
